Job Title: Clinical Audiologist

Locations: Bristol (with travel to Cardiff for private appointments)

Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Audiologist to join our growing team. This patient-facing role involves a mix of in-clinic appointments and home visits, delivering high-quality care across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is flexible, clinically confident, and passionate about achieving excellent hearing outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct hearing assessments and consultations for NHS and private patients
Recommend, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
Provide thorough aftercare and follow-up support to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with HCPC and company standards
Manage stock of hearing aids and associated equipment

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Audiology or equivalent; HCPC registered
Previous experience as a qualified Audiologist
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care

Preferred Skills

Experience working in both NHS and private audiology settings
