We are looking for a proactive Mobile Facilities Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of multiple sites. This role combines hands-on coordination with administrative support, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and customer service at all times.

Job Description

The Mobile Facilities Assistant plays a key role within the Facilities Management team, acting as a central point of contact for day-to-day facilities activities. You will support contractor management, compliance tasks and site administration, while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders. This is a varied, fast-moving role that requires strong organisation, clear communication and a flexible approach to site-based work.

Key Responsibilities

Support contractor visits across multiple sites
Ensure security procedures are followed on site
Deliver inductions for staff and contractors, including H&S
Log and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance visits
Monitor compliance with HSEQ and environmental standards
Support statutory checks such as fire safety and water hygiene
Assist with internal and external audits
Provide general administrative support to the facilities team
Support the Area Facilities Manager with regular tasks

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience working in a facilities or site-based environment
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Customer-focused approach to service delivery
Good organisation and attention to detail
Ability to solve problems and prioritise tasks
Comfortable using MS Office and digital systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Able to meet required security and compliance checks
