You’ll play a key role in keeping both our office environment running smoothly and supporting our Health & Safety function. It’s a highly varied position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to multiple areas of the business.

About the Role
The Office / Health & Safety Administrator role is a broad, hands-on position combining general office administration with Health & Safety coordination. Based full-time in our Redditch office, it’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organisation, and wants to contribute to the smooth running of a busy and growing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Office Administration
· Meeting and greeting visitors
· Coordinating meeting rooms and arranging catering
· Supporting event coordination
· Booking hotels and travel for international visitors
· Ordering stationery and office supplies
Health & Safety Coordination
· Organising Health & Safety committee meetings and producing reports
· Maintaining risk assessments and COSHH documentation
· Managing fire safety processes, including drills and fire warden coordination
· Coordinating servicing and maintenance of equipment
· Organising training and purchasing PPE
· Updating Health & Safety policies and managing accident reporting processes
· Supporting compliance activities such as:
o Legionella water testing
o Emergency lighting checks
o Health & Safety inductions for new starters
Who We’re Looking For
· A confident communicator who is comfortable working with people across the business
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
· Someone who is hands-on, flexible, and willing to get stuck in
· Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
· An interest in Health & Safety (IOSH qualification or willingness to work towards it)
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
