Shift patterns: Monday - Friday
Location: Gloucester

Driving operational efficiency through effective team leadership, resource planning, and performance management
Championing a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment
Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions to ensure service levels and productivity targets are consistently achieved

An established First Line Manager with solid experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics setting
