We’re looking for an ambitious, high-energy Business Development & Account Manager to help drive growth across the Oil & Gas, Decommissioning & Renewables sectors.

This role is perfect for someone who combines strong business development skills with a genuine talent for relationship management. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, growing existing accounts, and becoming a trusted commercial partner to clients across the industry.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across the UK energy and decommissioning market, working closely with operators, contractors, engineering companies, and project stakeholders.

This is a dynamic role with a strong focus on:

Business Development
Key Account Management
Client Retention & Growth
Strategic Relationship Building

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across Oil & Gas and Decommissioning markets
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
Grow existing client spend through cross-selling and upselling services
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into revenue
Act as the main commercial contact for allocated accounts
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver outstanding service
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting updates
Achieve and exceed sales and account growth targets
Potential for occasional overseas travel

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales
Experience within Oil & Gas, Offshore, Industrial Services, Engineering, or Decommissioning sectors preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning and growing accounts
Confident managing both new business and existing client relationships
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
Full UK driving licence
