Now, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our team and keep the magic flowing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading from the front—supporting and developing your team day to day
Creating a positive, high-energy environment where people thrive
Managing Rota, stock ordering, and smooth day-to-day operations
Delivering exceptional customer experiences (even when things get busy!)
Handling customer queries with confidence and care
Keeping a close eye on performance, costs, and results
Supporting the delivery of our delicious menu and high standards
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 year in a hands-on management role (café or restaurant)
A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
Someone organized, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
Financially aware with good business sense
A team player with integrity, energy, and a genuine love for hospitality
Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends (shared Rota)
