Stoneworld is a high-end supplier of natural stone and tiles, working with quality projects including internal flooring, staircases, kitchens and fireplaces as well as pool & spa projects, house builds and external landscaping and garden design projects. Due to extensive business growth, Stoneworld is busier than ever, with 2026 due to be another fantastic year. Based in South Oxfordshire, we are actively seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to join our sales team to help take us to the next level, working in a fun and energetic company which supplies high end projects.

The Role

Are you a dynamic individual eager to shape your career in sales within the domain? If you possess a drive for success, enjoy cultivating client relationships, and aspire to contribute to company growth, this role is for you. As a Sales Executive, you will be integral to the team, providing solutions that meet clients' needs and contributing to the company’s ongoing success.

You will be speaking with customers, private and trade, to advise and assist them on which stone will work best for their project – which may be internal home improvements, to external landscaping projects and swimming pools.

Key Responsibilities as Sales Executive:

No two days are the same, but typically you can expect to get involved in a broad range of activities including:

Communicating with customers through appointment basis and walk ins.
Explaining and demonstrating the features and benefits of products & services in- person & on the phone.
Prospecting new business leads and Business development calls.
Building a network of clients.
Sales telephone & email enquiries.
Organising samples for clients.
Presenting the company and brand at exhibitions, network events and editorial opportunities in some cases.
Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Mon-Fri 0730-1700.

Work Location:

In person, no opportunity for remote work.

We are located in the small village of Little Milton in Oxfordshire which is approx 8.5 miles from the town of Thame and approx 13 miles from the city of Oxford. We are not on a bus route so it is essential that you have transport yourself or can get here without public transport. Our post code is OX44 7NW.

Skills required:

Working in a super friendly, close-knit team where communication and teamwork is fundamental and valued.
Whilst no previous industry or sales experience is required, we are looking for the very best applicants who thrive in a sales and customer focused environment and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service to secure sales.
You will also be professional, a great communicator, sales-driven and self-motivated to succeed in this role. A major part of the interview process will be based on your attitude, aspirations, and desire to succeed.
A strong knowledge of working with measurements and quantities to supply quotations..
