About Us

As part of our growth plan, we are pleased to announce we have completed the operational business transition of a new home to Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, and the home will now be known as Hallmark Esher Residences. This marks the first of 15 homes we plan to acquire or develop by 2030, and we are thrilled to have taken the first big step towards achieving this goal. Hallmark Esher Residences is a beautiful 37-bed Grade II listed home alongside a new, state-of-the-art 20-bed property, and further extends our residential, nursing, and dementia care presence across Surrey. We are excited to welcome both the residents and team members into Hallmark Luxury Care Home.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are:

About The Role

Are you a friendly, professional, and organised individual looking to make a positive impact in a care home setting? We invite you to join the Hallmark Care Homes family as a Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.

The shift pattern for this role is 7am to 7pm with alternative weekend working.

Who You Are:

Outstanding: Our team is highly rated by residents, relatives, and our communities, and we need someone who can uphold this reputation.
Diligent: You do things the right way, pay attention to the small details and check all our records are up to date and compliant.
Experienced: You have a background in reception and experience working in a team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming front-of-house service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming Presence: Ensure the reception area presents a friendly and professional image of the home, greeting all visitors with warmth and efficiency.
Administrative Support: Assist the Business Administrator with various administrative tasks and support the Customer Relationship Manager with sales enquiries and home tours.
Mail Management: Ensure residents receive their post promptly and prepare all outgoing mail daily.
Training Coordination: Help coordinate training within the home, ensuring team members are aware of available courses and opportunities for development.
