We are looking for a creative, driven and highly organised individual to take ownership of the visual identity and social media presence across our hospitality group.
The role covers three pubs, a pizza restaurant, a boutique hotel, a sandwich & coffee shop, a late-night bar and our central production kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all social media platforms across the group.
* Create engaging daily content including photography, video, reels and graphics.
* Design posters, menus, promotional material, signage and event artwork.
* Plan and schedule social media content for all venues.
* Develop marketing campaigns to drive footfall and revenue.
* Promote events, special offers and seasonal activities.
* Maintain brand consistency across all venues.
* Work closely with General Managers and the Operations Manager to identify opportunities and create content.
* Monitor engagement, reviews and customer feedback.
* Produce weekly reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
* Update websites, booking platforms and digital marketing materials where required.
Skills Required
* Strong graphic design skills.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent software.
* Photography and videography experience.
* Strong copywriting and communication skills.
* Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
* Hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to shape the marketing direction of one of Folkestone’s fastest-growing hospitality groups.
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
