We are looking to recruit an experienced or trainee controller for our busy office to work evenings and weekend nights using the latest technology to coordinate our large fleet of taxis within Thanet. (Please do not apply if you are an outsourced worker as we are not looking for anyone outside of our area.)
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be polite and helpful to our growing customer base. You will need to be a fast learner, have excellent keyboard skills and a good sense of humour. Working as part of a busy team you should have a good knowledge of the local area.
This is a responsible position so we are looking for a confident and competent person with lots of common sense.
Full training will be given to the right candidate which will be held during daytime hours.
As we are a 24 hour business weekend shifts will be required.
