About The Role

Porsche Customer Relations Hub Administrator

Location: Porsche HQ Reading

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (with potential to go permanent)

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) – Monday-Friday 0800-1800 (rotational shifts)

Fully office based until successful probation has been passed

Salary: Up to £26,500 per year

RAC & Porsche is looking for an experienced and proactive Administrator to join our Customer Relations team, embedded within the prestigious headquarters of Porsche Cars in Reading.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the world’s most iconic brands, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service whilst building strong relationships across a premium automotive network.

About the Role

As a Customer Relations Hub Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of operations—providing efficient, accurate, and high-quality administrative support. You’ll work closely with Porsche Centres, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth processes and a seamless customer experience.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative queries, including invoice checks and approvals

Act as a central point of contact for customer enquiries via email and written correspondence

Take ownership of the Porsche Vehicle Certification Programme, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Support Porsche Centres with car hire queries and logistics

Manage team rotas and coordinate PCRH logistics

Process goodwill invoices and resolve associated queries

Handle incoming post and maintain accurate records of returned communications

Manage vehicle information requests (e.g., Certificates of Conformity, Technical Data Sheets)

Support the car hire process, including extensions and updates

Prepare and distribute the weekly Parts Report

Provide team support and cover for colleagues when required
