Full job description

Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day operation of the Domino’s store, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality products, food safety, strong team performance and profitable store results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, health & safety and Domino’s standards are consistently followed.
Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation and presentation.
Manage staffing, rotas, training, attendance and team performance.
Monitor sales, labour costs, stock levels and waste to support store profitability.
Deal with customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
Ensure the store is clean, organised and maintained to the required standards.
Complete required administration, audits and operational checks.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Work closely with the Area Manager and support wider business objectives.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably within hospitality, retail or a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
Good organisation and time-management skills.
Commitment to customer service, food quality and team development.
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.

The role requires a hands-on approach, with the Store Manager leading by example and ensuring the store operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
