Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Barstaff/Team Leader to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests while overseeing bar operations and ensuring smooth team coordination. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company standards and health & safety regulations
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage stock levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing laws
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Assist in training new team members on service procedures and company policies
- Monitor service times to ensure prompt delivery of drinks and minimise wait times
- Support event organisation by preparing customised drinks or organising special promotions as required
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable, particularly within a bar or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Proven leadership ability to oversee team performance and foster a positive work environment
- Competence in basic maths for handling cash transactions accurately
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
