What's the Role About?
Experience within the Motor Trade is essential.
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll lead our sales-focused front-of-house team, converting inbound enquiries into bookings, effectively handling objections, and proactively securing approvals for essential vehicle repairs.
Your exceptional communication skills, goal-driven mindset, and persuasive approach will ensure our customers receive outstanding service, driving our business forward. Your Key Tasks:
â—Ź Manage inbound sales enquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings.
â—Ź Confidently handle customer objections and secure work approvals.
â—Ź Follow up proactively on estimates and deferred work.
â—Ź Maintain precise records in our Garage Management System (GMS).
â—Ź Collaborate closely with technicians to deliver accurate, customer-centric recommendations.
