Role: Purchase Ledger Administrator

Who are we looking for?
This role is an opportunity for someone looking to build experience within a purchase ledger and expenses environment. The team is very process-driven and there will be key tasks and milestones to achieve each month. Accurate processing and attention to detail is of high importance.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Processing payments via the bank and credit card
- Reconciliation of the monthly credit card statement
- Reviewing employee expenses and ensuring these are in line with Group policy and HMRC rules
- Dealing with supplier queries and resolving disputes
- Setup of supplier and employee accounts
- General administrative duties and providing support to the finance team
What You’ll Need
- Prior experience in purchase ledger or an understanding of accountancy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Professional telephone manner
- Committed and strives for excellent client service
- Highly numerate
- Strong Excel skills
