Swaffham | Office-based | £24,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £34k–£45k)

We’re hiring ambitious, motivated people to join our fast-paced inbound sales team in Swaffham.
This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be handling warm inbound enquiries from businesses across the UK who are already interested in ordering branded merchandise.
If you’re confident, organised, enjoy speaking to people, and want to earn well while building valuable business skills, we’d like to hear from you.
No previous sales experience needed - attitude and work ethic matter more to us.
What the role involves...
You’ll speak to businesses that have already made enquiries and help turn those opportunities into orders.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Speaking to customers by phone and email
- Understanding what customers need
- Recommending products and ideas confidently
- Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
- Managing multiple enquiries at once
- Working closely with our design and operations teams
- Building relationships that lead to repeat business
This is a busy role where no two days are the same.

Hours & Location:
Swaffham – fully office-based
Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–4:30pm
