Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Gardeners to bring vibrant life and beauty to outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes, ensuring gardens and green areas are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Your expertise will help create inviting environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your horticultural knowledge, and contribute to the aesthetic appeal of our grounds.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and mulching to keep gardens lush and healthy
Operate various power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers efficiently and safely
Use hand tools for planting, digging, edging, and other detailed gardening tasks
Experience in turfing and fencing would be advantageous
Perform general maintenance on gardening equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and garden design principles
Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools, irrigation systems, and small machinery such as excavators
Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks
Prior construction experience is a plus for assisting with landscape projects or installations
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in garden upkeep and maintenance routines
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project completion
