About Us
All 4 Js Ltd is a growing bathroom renovation company specialising in the design and installation of high-quality bathrooms for residential customers.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our installation team. The successful candidate will work alongside a bathroom fitter to deliver complete bathroom renovation projects to a high standard.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with and carry out a range of bathroom renovation tasks, including:
- Bathroom strip-outs and site preparation.
- Installation of wall panels and bathroom furniture.
- Basic tiling repairs and finishing works.
- Studwork, boxing-in and minor carpentry tasks.
- Plasterboarding and preparation of surfaces for installation.
- Preparation and installation of LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring.
- Preparation and installation of sheet vinyl flooring.
- Floor preparation, including levelling and minor subfloor repairs where required.
- Silicone sealing and final finishing works.
- Assisting with material handling and site organisation.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Liaising professionally with customers while working in occupied residential properties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a multi-skilled trade role preferred.
- Experience working on residential renovation or bathroom projects.
- Competent in general carpentry and finishing work.
- Experience installing LVT and vinyl flooring to a good standard.
- Ability to carry out bathroom preparation and installation support tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own transport.
- Own tools relevant to the role.
- CIS registered.
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Skills
The following experience would be advantageous:
- Wall panelling installation.
- Basic tiling.
- Bathroom furniture installation.
- Silicone finishing and decorating touch-ups.
- Experience preparing subfloors and installing flooring in bathrooms and wet areas.
- Experience working in occupied residential properties.
