Full job description

Job Overview
FLP Group are looking for a proactive and driven marketing professional to help accelerate business growth and brand visibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate team committed to driving UK customer and end user growth, alongside taking own manufactured brands from local markets to international markets.

This role is key to generating leads, increasing brand awareness and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with data-driven insight and support the Group Marketing Manager to deliver key business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Group Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer and end user engagement and lead generation.
Develop compelling content to engage customers and end users.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Review and update company websites and portals ensuring visitor experience.
Support with product launch campaigns and sales promotions.
Track marketing performance and return on investment.
Deliver regular planned communications and offers through various channels, including promo emails, social media, direct messaging.
Develop social media channels delivering regular planned content and activities, responding to messages, posts and comments in-line with company messaging and standards.
Build and maintain a strong database of end users.
Support with general marketing activities including ad-hoc duties, daily marketing actions and event preparation.
Occasional attendance to tradeshow, events and visiting end users.

What we are looking for

At least 1 years marketing experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and supporting tools for delivery
Creative mindset with excellent content creation skills (text, visual and video)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM Systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
A self-starter with ambition, creativity and drive
Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
A positive, adaptable attitude and team spirit
UK Full Driving Licence (preferable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
