Job Overview
We are A Doncaster based company that is seeking professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisors to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing access control, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a high level of alertness, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorised access
Manage crowd control during events or busy periods
Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, ensuring safety for all individuals involved
Provide first aid assistance when necessary, adhering to health and safety protocols
Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats or disorderly behaviour
Record detailed incident reports accurately and promptly as required
Enforce venue policies and procedures in a courteous yet firm manner

Qualifications

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential
First aid certification
Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and assertively

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
