Employed 1:1 Education Mentor (Zero Hour Contract)
Pay: £25–£40 per hour
Location: Face-to-face (in homes) and delivery around Gainsborough and local areas
Working pattern: Term-time only. Zero hour contract.

Keys Inclusion Pathway is seeking dedicated Education professionals - including tutors and mentors, to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.

About the Role

Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner’s individual needs

Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make meaningful progress

Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and wellbeing

Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety at all times

Primarily deliver face-to-face tuition in students’ homes, with some remote teaching opportunities
Requirements
-
QTS
-
Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
-
Experience delivering the UK curriculum

Availability for at least 2 days (or 4 sessions) per week

A compassionate, child-centred, and trauma-informed approach
-
Full UK driving licence
