Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing personalised care plans, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments
Lead and supervise junior nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, treatments, and interventions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and organisational policies
Communicate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Experience

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting
Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a healthcare environment
Strong understanding of nursing practices, care planning, and patient management
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach to patient care
