Salaried GP Up to 9 Sessions (Monday to Friday)

Cliff Villages Medical Practice, Navenby & Waddington Surgeries | Welby Group

Are you a dedicated GP looking for a fulfilling, well-supported role where your expertise is valued and your work-life balance genuinely matters? Welby Group invites you to join our forward-thinking team, working up to 9 sessions per week across Monday to Friday at our Navenby and Waddington surgeries.

Dedicated 40-minute daily clinical discussion time clinicians meet over coffee to discuss cases, share knowledge, and support one another. Its a built-in opportunity to collaborate, learn and reflect every single day.

Here, your career development is a priority. Whether thats mentoring junior colleagues, developing special interests, participating in extended services, or leading service improvement projects we create the environment for you to thrive.

Additional Highlights

Opportunity to undertake extended shifts if desired
On-call commitment once per week (shared rota)
Opportunity to get involved in mentoring and training
SystmOne intelligent add-on helping clinicians save time and reduce administrative burden
Dedicated Mental Health workload team
Central Services Support Hub providing operational and administrative support

Our Offer

Full time and part time applicants considered
Starting salary £11,000 per session, uplifted after successful completion of 3-month probation
Capped workload with 26 appointments per day
40 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro-rata)
One week study leave per year in line with BMA guidance
1 session protected CPD per week
