Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Night Porter/Security professional to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our hospitality establishment during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring the premises, providing excellent guest services, and maintaining a secure environment for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address security concerns or irregularities
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to oversee all areas of the property during night shifts
Manage access control by verifying guest and staff credentials at entry points
Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as needed
Provide exceptional guest services by assisting with late-night inquiries, directions, or requests
Maintain detailed logs of nightly activities, incidents, and security checks
Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests by enforcing hotel policies and safety procedures
Some light cleaning duties

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel security or hospitality-related roles is preferred
Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and proactive during overnight hours
Knowledge of security systems, CCTV operation,
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
