Full job description

Responsible for devising and actioning a Fundraising Plan to raise money for Escape2Make which will include tasks such as:

Raising money for the organisation through fundraising initiatives, adopting an outcome-focused approach, meeting targets based on the needs of the organisation
Ensuring the Fundraising plan is ‘SMART’ (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant & Timed) and adapted regularly based on evaluation
Improving the percentage of Escape2Make’s fundraised income in comparison to grant funded income
Develop a pipeline of fundraisers and projects that can be clearly communicated to the E2M staff and Trustees
Building relationships with businesses to seek out sponsorship and campaign for E2M to be selected as their Charity of the Year
Encouraging regular donations and standing orders from Escape2Make user families and stakeholders
Communicating with E2M’s existing cohort of donors to ensure ongoing support is continued by nurturing relationships and providing incentives to continue/grow donation amounts
Attending E2M events and taking responsibility for ensuring clear donation pathways are present
Designing and maintaining an improved system for the capture of donations through E2M’s website and internal software

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lancaster LA1 1LH
