We are looking for a HIGHLY ORGANISED, analytical, dynamic individual to join our team.You will support the smooth running of our growing eCommerce business. You will work closely with our brand manager to drive sales, Support online merchandising, and improve the speed to market of new products.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our expansion strategy and is well suited to someone with a passion for eCommerce, high attention to detail, and who thrives in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will also be asked to list products on Amazon, OnBuy, Etsy, TikTok, StockX, Depop, Alias and Debenhams using Linnworks as part of their role for the listing team.
- Responding to customer emails within a 24 hour Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Manage the entire customer journey including resolving all customer queries and order complaints quickly and effectively at every step.
- Amazon FBA Private label Product research
- Working with Amazon customers to remedy any issues which have resulted in a negative feedback
- Preparing shipments to send to Amazon for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
- Managing the Returns process which will include troubleshooting issues with products as well as processing refunds directly on Amazon platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve amazon listing performance and conversion rate to drive sales.
The candidate will take complete ownership of the above tasks, using their organizational and analytical skills to find ways to automate and standardize processes where possible.
Candidate must have:
- Ability to plan and organise own workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive and flexible approach
- Previous eCommerce experience
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Fluent written and Spoken English (Required)
This is a full-time role (subject to a 3 month’s probationary period).
