We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused Team Members to support the day‑to‑day running of our adventure park, zoo and visitor operations. This role is central to delivering consistently high standards of safety, site presentation and overall guest experience across a variety of departments.
As a Multi‑Department Team Member, you will work across several operational areas—including Activities, Admissions, Food & Beverage, and Parties—ensuring each space is prepared, well‑presented and running smoothly. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service.
Full training is provided for all departments, and most team members work across multiple areas. You will begin your training within the Activity Team before progressing to additional departments.
- Act as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for visitors, offering assistance, directions and information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive, welcoming body language at all times.
- Provide a helpful first response to visitor queries, feedback or complaints, escalating issues to a Duty Manager when required.
- Support lost‑child procedures and request First Aid assistance when necessary.
- Encourage positive online reviews across platforms such as TripAdvisor, Facebook and Google.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and take pride in the appearance of all guest areas.
- Empty bins, litter‑pick and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
- Clean and monitor toilet facilities throughout the day.
- Respond promptly to spills or cleanliness issues.
- Handle cleaning materials safely and in accordance with COSHH training.
- Follow all Activity Procedures for each department you are trained in.
- Complete opening and closing checklists accurately and consistently.
- Monitor queue lines and manage capacity limits for activity areas.
- Clear and clean tables in indoor dining spaces when assigned to the indoor play barn.
- Support the smooth running of activities such as Zorbs, Jumping Pillows, indoor play and other guest experiences.
- Welcome guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Assist with bookings, memberships and guest enquiries both in person and via email.
- Operate tills in the admissions and retail areas.
- Ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to outstanding guest service.
- Host children’s parties, ensuring a smooth, fun and memorable experience for all guests.
- Deliver party activities confidently and maintain a high level of energy and engagement.
- Communicate clearly with parents, guardians and party organisers.
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out duties safely and in line with operational guidelines.
- Maintain hygiene standards in all designated work areas.
- Report hazards, accidents, near misses or safety concerns immediately to a manager.
