Engineer – Verdant Brewing Co.
Senior engineering role at one of the UK's leading independent craft breweries. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
Job Brief
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Engineer to play a key role in keeping Verdant Brewing Co. running at its best. This is a hands-on senior position responsible for the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our brewing and packaging operations, while also supporting our growing network of venue sites.
You'll lead preventative maintenance programmes, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage engineering projects, and help shape the future of our facilities and production capabilities. From maintaining critical brewing equipment to delivering capital projects and improving brewery efficiency, your work will directly support the quality of the beer we produce.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and working collaboratively with a passionate team that cares deeply about quality and craftsmanship.
Who We Are
In 2014, we started Verdant to brew beers that we love. Nothing's changed.
We're all about taste, quality, and all-round deliciousness—juicy, hoppy, unfiltered hazy beers that are always vegan, alongside great lagers, stouts, and cask ales.
We're proudly independent and intend to stay that way, giving us the freedom to push boundaries, invest in innovation, and keep making the beers we want to drink.
