Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of soft services, including cleaning and security, while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Reporting to both the client and the Regional Director, you will lead and motivate your on-site teams and sub-contractors, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met. A key focus will be driving innovation and cost efficiency, while upholding the highest levels of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
. Oversee the operational delivery of a wide range of Facilities Management (FM) services across multiple client sites, ensuring consistent high standards, compliance with contractual obligations, and a focus on exceeding both client expectations and Andron FM’s internal performance targets.
. Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in the field of Facilities Management, including a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, best practices, and the dynamic nature of managing hard and soft FM services.
· Efficiently manage FM operations across a portfolio of geographically dispersed sites, ensuring service consistency, operational excellence, and seamless coordination of site-based teams.
· Implement and drive performance management frameworks across teams by setting clear KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and utilising data-driven reporting tools to monitor, evaluate, and improve service delivery.
· Take full ownership of financial performance, including budget planning, cost control, forecasting, and the implementation of initiatives to drive cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
· Lead and inspire the Andron FM team and supply chain partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to ensure delivery of high-quality services that align with contractual and client expectations.
. Create excellent MI Client Account Reports.
· Conduct regular client engagement meetings, providing updates on operational performance, addressing concerns, identifying improvement opportunities, and strengthening client confidence through transparent communication.
· Promote and uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, conducting regular audits, and embedding a proactive safety culture across all sites.
· Directly manage and mentor line managers, providing leadership, support, and development opportunities to enable high-performing teams that are aligned with business goals and capable of delivering exceptional service.
Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships, identifying and leveraging opportunities for regional and national growth, fostering trust and long-term partnerships that contribute to the overall success of Andron FM
Requirements
- IT Literate – intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels
- Have demonstrable relevant experience in managing multiple clients
- Have previous budget accountability including managing a team of employees
- Have excellent personal management skills and strong motivational and team building abilities
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Attention to detail
- IOSH or NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
- Operations management of large and diverse site service delivery teams
