DOOR SUPERVISOR

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A SIA Licensed Door Supervisor covering Southend
Excellent customer service skills, as well as great communication

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

From £14.60 per hour for all hours worked.
Additional Training and equipment provided
Nest Pension
28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
A minimum of 5 hours guaranteed per assigned shift
Flexible Hours and roles

Shift Times – Every Friday and Saturday 19:00 - 01:00

WHAT WILL WE EXPECT IN RETURN?

As a Door Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of customers and the venue. You will handle any confrontational situations professionally and report them appropriately.
We value excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities, both for collaborating with management and managing sensitive situations effectively.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

For you to hold a valid and in date SIA Licence
Approachable and well presented
Good verbal communication skills
A great eye for detail, with high personal standards.
Punctuality and a desire to succeed.
An ability to work autonomously, whilst ensuring your line manager is kept updated on progress.

ABILITY TO COMMUTE

Driving licence and own transport is desirable in this role due to the locations of the sites and venues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Controlling entry and exit route
Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
Crowd control
Supervising customer arrivals
Carrying out ID checks
Screening and searching individuals
Be a highly visible and proactive security presence
Meet and greet staff and visitors and be the first point of contact for any issues
Ensure a positive customer experience for all visitors/customers
First responder when incidents need investigating

Pay: From £14.60 per hour

Southend-on-Sea, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
