Alongside SAS, we run Active Mortgages, our own brokerage, and Active CRM, a purpose-built GoHighLevel-powered platform used by 100+ firms and 250+ users across financial services.
Our clients join us, earning £5K+ per month. We have a 120-lever growth blueprint, a monthly webinar with 100+ registrants, a database of 600+ engaged leads, and a growing community of financial services business owners who are ready to scale.
We are not a start-up. We are a proven operation that now needs a dedicated person to connect with prospects and convert pipeline into revenue.
The Opportunity
This is a rare role. You will be the commercial engine that connects our warm database and inbound lead flow to our programmes and CRM product. You are not cold calling. You are not selling to strangers. You are having conversations with people who already know us, follow our content, attend our webinars, and just haven't taken the next step yet.
Your job is to move them forward with curiosity, genuine interest, and a clear process.
You will work across four core activity streams:
Stream 1
Active CRM Sales & Demo Calls
Handle inbound demo enquiries and outbound calls to warm prospects. Run live 30–45 minute Zoom demos of Active CRM. Articulate the value of automation, pipelines, and system consolidation to time-poor financial services professionals.
Stream 2
Systemise Audit Calls (Triage & Booking)
Conduct 15-minute triage calls with pre-qualified leads. Follow the Systemise Audit script: understand their biggest problem, current revenue, where they want to go, and what's in the way. Qualify fit, and book strategy sessions for Gary Das.
Stream 3
Monthly Webinar Outreach (100+ registrants)
Call all 100+ monthly webinar registrants ahead of and after the event. Confirm attendance, uncover their reason for joining, and warm them up. After the webinar, reach out to attendees who didn't book a call, these are your highest-intent unconverted leads and your top priority.
Stream 4
Database & Engagement Outreach (600+ leads)
Work through our existing lead database in order of engagement, email opens, event attendance, content interaction. Call, send WhatsApp voice notes on no-answer, log every outcome. You are not chasing strangers. You are activating people who already know and trust the brand.
Stream 5
Social Media DM Outreach - LinkedIn & Instagram
Manage DM conversations with warm audience members on LinkedIn and Instagram who have engaged with Gary's content but haven't yet taken action. A key focus is LinkedIn Events: our monthly event regularly attracts 70+ attendees who receive an automated message on the day, your job is to follow up personally, start a genuine conversation, and convert those attendees into full webinar sign-ups and booked audit calls. You are not spamming. You are continuing conversations the content already started.
What You Will Do Day to Day
- Work through warm leads in priority order: webinar attendees who didn't book first, then engaged email openers, then recent opt-ins
- Run Active CRM demo calls on Zoom: walking prospects through the platform, answering questions, and booking paid trials
- Conduct Systemise Audit calls using our proven triage script: qualifying fit, identifying the core bottleneck, and booking strategy calls for Gary
- Call all monthly webinar registrants (approx. 100 per month) ahead of the event and follow up with non-bookers after it
- Manage LinkedIn Events DM follow-up: our monthly LinkedIn event regularly draws 70+ attendees; you will personally follow up those attendees, start genuine conversations, and convert them from LinkedIn event sign-ups into full webinar registrations and booked audit calls
- Manage ongoing DM conversations on LinkedIn and Instagram: engage warm audience members who interact with Gary's content and move them toward a booked call, in Gary's voice and tone
- Send WhatsApp voice notes immediately when calls go unanswered: warm, human, zero pressure
- Log every outcome in our CRM: outcome, follow-up notes, next action date with precision
- Feed market intelligence back to the team: the exact language, fears, and frustrations you hear on every call
- Work in batches of 50 leads, targeting a minimum of 40 dials per week with a goal of 7+ booked calls per 10 conversations
- Collaborate with Gary and the team on script refinement and outreach sequencing as you learn what works
Who We Are Looking For
Essential
- A genuine love of technology, systems, and automation: you get excited by CRMs, workflows, and how things connect
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (Active CRM) or the drive to become an expert fast: this is non-negotiable for the demo side of the role
- Active and confident on social media: particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, with the ability to write in someone else's voice, engage authentically in DMs and comments, and represent a personal brand with consistency and care
- Experience in a phone-based sales or business development role: you are comfortable picking up the phone, handling objections, and staying curious rather than pushy
- Natural curiosity about people: you listen more than you talk, and you ask great questions
- High attention to detail and rigorous follow-through: every lead is logged, every outcome is recorded, nothing falls through the cracks
- Resilience and positivity: not every call converts; you know that and you stay consistent regardless
- Clear, professional communication: written and spoken across calls, WhatsApp, DMs, and CRM notes
Highly Desirable
- Background in or genuine knowledge of financial services: mortgage broking, IFA, protection, or related so you understand the world our clients live in
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM platform at an operational level
- Exposure to sales processes in a coaching, training, or SaaS environment
- Comfort with running live software demos over Zoom
- Self-starter mentality: able to manage your own pipeline, prioritise intelligently, and operate with autonomy inside a clear framework
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will be measured on outcomes not just activity. We do not want someone who dials 100 numbers and has nothing to show for it. We want someone who has 10 genuine conversations and converts 7 of them into booked calls.
Within 90 days we expect:
- Active CRM demo pipeline running consistently with trials converting to paid subscribers
- Systemise Audit call process embedded: pre-qualified strategy sessions being set for Gary at a consistent weekly rate
- Monthly webinar outreach running like clockwork: 100% of registrants contacted, all non-bookers followed up
- LinkedIn Events DM workflow live: every monthly event attendee followed up personally, with a measurable conversion rate from LinkedIn attendee to full webinar registrant or booked call
- 3000+ lead database being worked through systematically, with clean tracking and meaningful notes
- You to be genuinely excited about what we do and the impact it has on our clients
Compensation Structure
Base salary paid monthly.
Performance bonuses are paid monthly in arrears based on verified quality sets from the prior month.
A quality set is a booked audit call or CRM demo call that you set, the prospect attends, and the call meets our quality criteria. You are rewarded for conversations that actually happen, not just diaries filled.
Example: At 20 quality sets/month, total comp of £2,500 equates to approximately £30,000 annualised with further upside as volume and CRM demo conversions grow. At stretch (30 sets/mo), annualised comp reaches £36,000.
Days: 4 or 5 days per week, flexible, either considered. This is an outcome-focused role.

Understanding who you are speaking with is essential for this role. Our typical client is:
- An established mortgage broker or IFA with 5–10 years in the industry
- Writing £5K+ per month in business: not a beginner, but stuck
- Frustrated by the hamster wheel: doing everything themselves, no systems, inconsistent leads
- Scared of going back to employment, motivated by family, freedom, and building something real
- Already aware of Gary and SAS: they have watched, read, or followed the content for months
You will often hear: "I've been meaning to book a call for ages" your job is to give them the nudge that converts that intention into action.
