Full job description

We’re looking for a Property Administrator with strong, hands-on experience in the back-office operations of an Estate Agency. This is a part-time support role—perfect for someone who can step in, keep things organised, and handle the detail-heavy admin that keeps a property business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end admin support across the property pipeline (sales and/or lettings depending on need)
Manage property listings and updates across platforms (e.g., portals/website/CRM as applicable)
Prepare and manage documentation (e.g., property particulars, forms, compliance docs)
Coordinate viewings, appointments, and diary management
Liaise with buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants and third parties (solicitors, contractors, etc.)
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure files are complete and compliant
Support progression/admin follow-ups to keep deals moving (chasing updates, notes, timelines)

Records are accurate and easy to pick up by anyone else
Clients feel looked after because communication is timely and clear
The business owner/team has more headspace because the back office is under control

Required Experience

Proven experience working in an Estate Agency back office (sales and/or lettings)
Strong understanding of property admin workflows and common documentation
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple live tasks
Confident communicator (written + verbal) with a professional, calm tone

Nice to Have

Experience with common estate agency CRMs (please mention which)
Familiarity with compliance/admin requirements relevant to property work
Experience supporting a busy negotiator/director and keeping them on track

Hours & Working Style

Part-time / ad hoc (flexible)
Remote support possible depending on systems and access

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
