Reactive Maintenance / Voids Administrator (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced and organised Reactive Maintenance / Voids Administrator to join our growing team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a fast-paced role supporting reactive maintenance and void property operations within the social housing sector.

Location
Remote / Work From Home Occasional travel to London required for client meetings, void inspections, and operational support.
Salary
£27,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of reactive maintenance and void works across social housing contracts. Working closely with operatives, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams, you will help ensure works are raised, managed, completed, and invoiced efficiently.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has previously worked within social housing maintenance, voids, or repairs administration and is confident working in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reactive maintenance and void work orders
- Scheduling and coordinating operatives and subcontractors
- Raising and processing jobs through JobLogic
- Reviewing and checking SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes
- Supporting void inspections and maintenance planning
- Liaising with clients, tenants, site teams, and operatives
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring service levels are met
- Handling invoicing and general maintenance administration
- Maintaining accurate records and job updates
- Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day coordination
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience within reactive maintenance or voids administration
- Experience working within the social housing sector
- Strong understanding of SOR codes (Schedule of Rates)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Confident liaising with operatives, clients, and colleagues
- Good IT and administration skills
Desirable:
- Experience using JobLogic
- Experience carrying out or supporting void inspections
- Knowledge of repairs and maintenance processes within housing contracts
