Semi-Skilled Bodyshop Technicians

About the Role

We’re looking for semi-skilled technicians across panel repair, paint preparation, and welding to join our busy and expanding vehicle body shop.

If you have hands-on experience and are keen to develop your skills, increase your earnings, and progress into a fully skilled role, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience, you’ll be involved in:

Assisting with panel repairs and replacements across a range of vehicles
Carrying out paint preparation work
Supporting MET and senior technicians
Completing basic welding and fabrication tasks
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

Semi-skilled panel beaters
Semi-skilled Paint preppers / junior paint sprayers
Semi-skilled Fabricators or welders with an interest in automotive repair

You’ll need:

A year or two previous hands-on experience in a bodyshop, garage, or similar environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
