Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

NCL Motors is a growing independent automotive business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, honest service, and customer satisfaction. We specialise in vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, engine and gearbox work, as well as preparing high-quality vehicles for retail sale. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit, professional team where your skills and experience will be valued. We work on a wide variety of makes and models, meaning no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Complete engine repairs and replacements.
Carry out gearbox repairs and replacements.
Perform clutch, timing belt, brake, suspension, steering repairs and more.
Conduct vehicle inspections and health checks.
Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

Experience working on a range of vehicle makes and models.
Knowledge of modern diagnostic systems and equipment.
