Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative and operational support to optimise commercial activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. Responsibilities
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating customer records using CRM software.
- Manage and maintain data in Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication across departments via Microsoft Outlook and other IT tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting client relationship management activities.
- Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Utilise Sage accounting software for invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting optimisations for administrative workflows.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience working with CRM software systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software will be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and IT competency with a good understanding of computer systems used in office environments.
- Previous experience in customer service roles will be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
