Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Assist in meal preparation by marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for grilling
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of dishes
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee perfectly cooked meals every time
Serve finished dishes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction through quality control

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a kitchen assistant within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling raw ingredients and cooked foods
Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on grilling techniques and meal preparation methods
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues
Prior restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
