Full job description

Job Title: Office Cleaner

Location: Mendlesham
Hours: Part time after 5pm, 11 hours per week - Monday to Friday 2 hours a day and 3 hours on Friday
Transport: essential (due to location)
Pay Rates: £13.30 per hour - Weekly Pay

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Cleaner to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with health and safety standards.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness.
Comply with all relevant health and safety policies while carrying out cleaning duties.
Respond promptly to any requests for additional cleaning or urgent tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience in a commercial or janitorial cleaning role is desirable but not required.
Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.
Good attention to detail and a proactive, reliable work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills with the ability to complete tasks within assigned timeframes.
