The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive, people‑focused HR Advisor to partner with managers and colleagues across operations, engineering, and business support. You’ll be the go‑to for day‑to‑day HR, employee relations, recruitment, and engagement—helping us build a great place to work while we grow.

What You’ll Do

· Advise managers on ER matters: absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances.

· Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical and business roles.

· Keep HR records accurate and compliant (HRIS & GDPR).

· Support performance management, training coordination, and probation reviews.

· Produce HR metrics/reports (turnover, absence, recruitment) to inform decisions.

· Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

· HR Advisor or strong HR Officer experience, with sound UK employment law knowledge.

· Confident handling ER cases; calm, pragmatic, and fair.

· Organised with great attention to detail and strong communication skills.

· Comfortable partnering with managers in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.

Nice to Have

· Engineering/manufacturing sector experience.

· CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).

· HR systems experience.
