The Opportunity
As a Lead Generator / Appointment Setter, you’ll be at the very front of our sales engine — opening doors, creating opportunities, and directly influencing business growth.
You’ll take ownership of regional territories, proactively reaching out to businesses through outbound cold calling, engaging decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings for our Business Development Managers to close.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively cold call businesses within your assigned region
- Identify decision-makers and introduce Pitman Training solutions
- Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the senior sales team
- Build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
- Manage your pipeline and activity using CRM systems
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Work closely with the closing team to maximise success

Interview Process
We keep things simple and fast-moving:
Stage 1:
15-minute informal call with the Head of Sales
- Introduction, role overview, and initial fit
Stage 2:
1-hour competency-based interview with the CEO & Head of Sales
- Deep dive into skills, motivations, and potential
