Introduction
FilmMyMatch provides professional filming, editing, and live streaming services for sports organisations across the UK. We deliver high-quality tactical and broadcast solutions for a wide range of clients from grassroots to elite level, including The FA, UEFA, RFU, County FAs, independent schools, and grassroots football and rugby clubs. We currently film and stream over 100 games per month nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Live Stream Producer / Vision Mixer to join our team and help deliver broadcast-quality live streams for our clients.
What the Role Entails:
· Develop and manage production schedules with precise timings.
· Configure and test connections, inputs, and outputs in vMix.
· Deliver RTMP/ SRT feeds to streaming platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook).
· Communicate effectively with on-site camera operators before and during events.
· Vision-mix multiple inputs to create a seamless, engaging live production.
· Implement live graphics and overlays in vMix.
· Create instant replays and clips in real time.
· Set up and operate live production cameras when required.
· Perform post-production editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
· Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively during live streams.
Essential:
· A valid/ active Vmix Licence.
· Proven experience in vision mixing and/or live production.
· Experience directing and coordinating with camera operators.
· A home workstation capable of running vMix software.
· A reliable wired internet connection (MINIMUM 100mbps+ Download & 40mbps+ Upload).
· Evening and weekend availability.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
· Strong interest in video production and live broadcasting.
· Passion and understanding of sports.
· Experience using vMix software.
· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential) and basic knowledge of After Effects (preferred).
· Experience in post-production and editing.
· Understanding of live audio mixing (desirable).
· Highly organised, punctual, and able to work to tight deadlines.
· Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
· Strong attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· Primarily home-based, with occasional on-site work for specific events.
· Most live streams take place on evenings and weekends, so availability during these times is essential.
· This is a freelance role with part-time hours.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Pay: £15.00–£20.00 per hour
