About Us

We are a professional chauffeur services company providing reliable, executive transportation for corporate clients, airport transfers, events, and private customers. We are looking for a highly organised Administrator & Dispatcher to support our daily operations and help deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, and booking enquiries
Schedule chauffeur bookings and allocate jobs to drivers
Monitor driver availability and maintain daily schedules
Liaise with clients regarding bookings, amendments, and special requests
Prepare and issue invoices
Maintain accurate customer and booking records
Track flight arrivals and coordinate airport transfers
Support compliance administration, including driver and vehicle documentation
Assist with reporting, data entry, and general office administration
Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Experience in administration, dispatching, transport, logistics, or customer service
Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and booking systems
Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage changing schedules
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in chauffeur, private hire, taxi, transport, or logistics operations is desirable
