Full job description

Responsibilities and Duties

As a baker you will be expected to be expert at all areas of producing our products and to be willingly engaged in learning new skills and improving our products. Beyond producing our products, you will also be responsible for keeping the bakery clean and tidy.

Products and Production:

Scheduling doughs
Mixing and folding doughs
Scaling / Pre-shaping / Shaping loaves & pastries
Laminating pastry dough
Creating pastry fillings
Starters
Baking
Packing orders
Cleaning
Product quality control
Inputting on product development

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
