Location: Ramsgate

Hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4.30 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (subject to six-month probation)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Office Junior / Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and staff are well-supported.

Responsibilities

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
Respond to internal and external queries via phone and email
Distribute and store correspondence (letters, emails, packages)
Track office supply stock and place orders when necessary
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Add new customers and suppliers to internal systems
Input and manage purchase orders and sales orders
Provide general administrative support to colleagues when needed

Requirements

Proven experience in an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with Sage 50 is preferred but not essential (training provided)
