We are looking for a passionate, people-focused Mobile Receptionist who thrives on variety and enjoys a role where no two days are the same.
As a Community Coordinator within our Manchester team, you will support across multiple London sites, working closely with the Manchester Account Manager and our DayMaker teams. This is a highly agile role, requiring someone who can quickly adapt to different environments, client cultures, and operational styles while consistently delivering an exceptional standard of service.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing cover for holidays and unplanned absences across our Manchester portfolio
- Delivering a warm, consistent welcome to every visitor, employee, and client
- Managing meeting rooms and supporting workplace coordination
- Overseeing visitor processes, including registrations and pass issuing
- Taking ownership of office floors and shared spaces to elevate the employee experience
- Responding to and resolving issues that may impact the guest journey
- Supporting the creation and auditing of Standard Operating Procedures
- Providing general administrative support where required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within customer service, hospitality, or a similar people-focused role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A genuine enjoyment of change and working in different environments
- The ability to remain calm, clear-thinking, and solutions-focused under pressure
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
