We are the UK’s fastest-growing property investment company and we are looking for a Head of Client Account Management to help us build one of the strongest client management departments in the industry.

As Head of Client Account Management, you will be responsible for leading the team that manages our clients after they enter the business. Your role will be to make sure every client is followed up properly, communicated with professionally and moved through the process with urgency, confidence and care.
You will be expected to set the standard for the department, coach and develop your team, handle escalations, improve performance and create a culture of accountability.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone with strong experience in one or more of the following:
- 5 years Sales management Minimum
- 5 years Account management Minimum
- 5 years Client services Minimum
- 5 years Team leadership Minimum
- 5 years Operations management Minimum
The ideal candidate will have experience managing people, improving performance and holding a team to high standards.
You must be confident, organised, commercially aware and capable of dealing with both clients and staff professionally.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, create structure, improve systems and overdeliver.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading, managing and developing a team of Client Account Managers.]
- Driving high standards across client communication, follow-up and service.
- Making sure every client is managed with urgency, professionalism and care.
- Coaching and training account managers to improve their confidence, communication and results.
- Holding the team accountable to daily standards, KPIs and performance expectations.
- Managing escalations and handling difficult client conversations when required.
- Identifying problems within the department and implementing practical solutions quickly.
- Working closely with sales, completions and senior management to improve the full client journey.
- Improving client satisfaction, client retention and overall department performance.
- Building clear systems, processes and reporting structures that allow the department to scale.
- Creating a culture of ownership, accountability, professionalism and high performance.
