Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team in Brentwood, United Kingdom, for weekend shifts during term time. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional food service to our clients.

Oversee and coordinate catering operations during weekend shifts
Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to the team

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role within the food service industry preffered
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
