About the Company

As the business continues to expand, we are investing in brand development, audience growth, strategic partnerships and customer acquisition to strengthen our market position and support long-term growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand & Content Strategy to lead the development and execution of our brand, content and audience growth strategy. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, strengthening market positioning and supporting business growth through data-led marketing and content initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine expertise in brand strategy, content leadership, audience development, partnership management and performance analysis to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the company's brand and content strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Create and oversee audience growth initiatives across digital platforms and marketing channels
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition and brand awareness
Analyse audience behaviour, campaign performance and market trends to optimise marketing effectiveness
Develop content frameworks and messaging strategies that strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement
Build and manage relationships with external creative agencies, content creators, media partners and marketing suppliers
Identify strategic partnership opportunities that support business growth and market expansion
Provide commercial insight and recommendations based on audience, market and competitor analysis
Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate marketing and brand effectiveness
Work closely with senior management to support business development and long-term growth initiatives

Essential Requirements

Degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Brand Strategy or a related discipline
Significant experience in brand strategy, content strategy, marketing leadership, audience development or commercial growth
Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing and audience growth initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret audience, campaign and commercial performance data
Experience managing external agencies, creative partners or commercial stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate strategically within a growing business environment

Desirable Requirements

Experience within digital media, content platforms, technology, professional services or business advisory sectors
Experience leading audience growth, customer acquisition or content monetisation initiatives
Experience managing large-scale content, brand or marketing projects

Hours

37.5 hours per week

Birmingham (Hybrid)
