Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with a solid understanding of human anatomy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire clients through personalised Pilates sessions, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals in a professional and welcoming environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to promoting health, flexibility, and strength through expert instruction.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes tailored to clients’ individual needs and fitness levels
Develop customised workout programmes that focus on improving flexibility, strength, and posture
Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure safety during all exercises
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe studio environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices to continually enhance class quality
Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, particularly with Reformer Pilates or similar modalities
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate clients of all levels
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises and injury prevention
Previous experience working with diverse client groups is desirable but not essential
Certification in Pilates instruction recognised by relevant industry bodies is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered equally valuable

Pay: £35.00-£40.00 per hour
