Senior Asbestos Analyst
Location: Essex or London
Salary: £32,000 per annum + company van + fuel card + excellent benefits

We offer you the chance to work locally on some very exciting projects across the South East and London. For the right person, you will also get the chance to take your P402 and become a dual qualified Surveyor Analyst.

What We’re Looking For:
- Holds P403 and P404 qualifications
- Has at least 3 years experience in asbestos air testing and air-monitoring
- Must have complex clearance sign offs for at least 3 months
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
- Is a proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic
- Understands the principles of the HSG 248 Analyst Guide
- Can adapt to client needs and provide excellent service on-site
- Be willing to work away from home and participate in a weekend rota as required.
Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out air tests including 4 stage clearances, background tests, leak reassurance, and more
- Build strong relationships with contractors and clients
- Maintain high standards of administrative work, following AEC UKAS procedures
- Exhibit professionalism in site work and interactions with co-workers, supervisors, and the public
- Stay on top of health & safety protocols, ensuring consistent attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to perform at your best
- Adhere to company vehicle policies, ensuring safe driving and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
